This Privacy Policy describes how Briska ("Briska," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and safeguards information in connection with usebriska.com (the "Site"). Briska is operated by Axel Orellana. By using the Site or submitting information through it, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you submit the contact request form on the Site, Briska collects the information you provide: your name, business name, website address, telephone number, email address, and trade. Briska does not request or collect payment information through the Site.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

Briska uses submitted information to respond to your inquiry, to coordinate the setup of a Briska assistant for your business, and to maintain a record of inquiries received. Briska does not use submitted information for unrelated purposes.

ANALYTICS

The Site uses the built-in analytics provided by Framer to measure page visits. Briska does not use advertising trackers, advertising pixels, or Google Analytics.

SERVICE PROVIDERS AND DISCLOSURE

Briska relies on third-party service providers to operate the Site and to receive and manage inquiries, including Framer (website hosting and form handling), Google (email delivery), and Porkbun (domain registration and email forwarding). These providers process information to support the operation of the Site. Briska does not sell personal information and does not share it for advertising purposes.

THE GRACE DEMONSTRATION

The Grace demonstration available at graceaidemo.netlify.app is a separate product demonstration and is not covered by this Policy. Users should not enter sensitive personal information into the demonstration. Messages entered into the demonstration may be processed by the artificial intelligence service on which it operates.

DATA RETENTION

Briska retains information submitted through the Site until the submitting party requests its deletion.

YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted at any time by contacting Briska at hello@usebriska.com. Briska will respond to such requests promptly.

SECURITY

Briska uses reputable third-party platforms to host the Site and process submissions, and takes reasonable steps to safeguard the information it receives. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children. Briska does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Briska may update this Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the effective date above.
