Website chat built for roofers

Your website gets visitors while you’re up on a roof, out on estimates, or asleep. After a storm, some of them won’t fill out a contact form. They want an answer now, and if they don’t get one, they go back to Google and call the next roofer.

Briska puts an assistant on your website that talks to those visitors for you. It is built around your roofing services, your service area, and the way your shop talks to customers.

What it does on a roofer’s website

  • Answers common questions about the services you offer and the areas you cover.

  • Collects the name, phone number, job address and what’s going on, and saves it to your database so nothing gets lost (“there’s a water stain spreading on the bedroom ceiling after last night’s storm”).

  • Emails you the lead right away, so you can call while the customer still needs you.

  • Puts safety first. If someone describes something dangerous, like a sagging ceiling, water near lights or wiring, or downed power lines, the assistant tells them to get away from it and call 911 first, and never to go up on the roof. It doesn’t try to troubleshoot.

Built by hand for shops running a few trucks

Every assistant is built by our founder for the shop it serves, in your voice. You review it before it goes live, and we install it on your site for you. Setup usually takes about two weeks. It works on any website that allows a small code snippet to be added. Pricing starts at $299/mo.
